Acceptable Use Policy

• List, market, or otherwise represent any property in which you do not have valid equitable interest (a signed purchase agreement or owner authorization)
• Misrepresent your role to property owners, end buyers, agents, or any other party
• Violate the Fair Housing Act or any anti-discrimination law in your listings or communications. This includes language that explicitly or implicitly excludes any protected class (race, color, national origin, religion, sex, familial status, disability)
• Wholesale or transact in any jurisdiction that requires a license you do not hold (including but not limited to Oklahoma, Illinois, and Pennsylvania at the date of this policy)
• Misrepresent ARV, repair costs, rental income, property condition, comparable sales, or any other material fact in a deal
• Engage in fraudulent, deceptive, or predatory conduct toward distressed sellers
• Send unsolicited marketing messages in violation of CAN-SPAM, TCPA, or similar laws
• Spam, harass, threaten, or stalk any individual through the Service
• Post or distribute obscene, hateful, threatening, or defamatory content
• Scrape, mass-download, reverse-engineer, or attempt to extract source code or proprietary data from the Service
• Use automated tools (bots, scrapers, scripts) to interact with the Service without our written permission
• Resell, sublicense, white-label, or otherwise commercially redistribute the Service without our written permission
• Use the Service in a way that violates any third-party platform terms (Facebook, X, WhatsApp, email providers, etc.) when you distribute content through those platforms
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any account, system, or data

We may, at our sole discretion and without notice:

• Remove any content from the Service
• Suspend or terminate your account
• Report illegal activity to law enforcement
• Take any other action we deem necessary to protect users or the Service
